First, we have to get a firearms disability categorized as a civil right. Currently, the Feds are saying it is not. The rights that the Feds (and the district court) recognize, as civil rights, are: Voting, Jury Duty and Electability to Civil Office. If you haven't lost one of those three, then you haven't lost any rights and therefore, your rights have never been restored.

The problem is that all three of the rights used by statute are political rights and not fundamental rights.
