WOW, I certainly am surprised to see it happening to a Vector Arms gun. Everyone squeezes out a lemon from time to time. Might want to try a couple other type of ammo first (buy only a box or two, event the "expensive" 7.62x39mm is cheap) if it runs with another type of ammo, then it just doesn't like the Brown Bear.
Also I'd make sure to give the gun a thorough cleaning.
Next thing to try is different magazines. It just might not like the ones you have.
