$750. is way too high for that gun. Even with original box, papers and extra mags it's too high. Unless there is something special about it that we don't see, like an Air Force training gun or it belonged to Ernest Borgnine, etc.

Ruger did offer adjustable sights on it's Mark II Target Variation guns both the blued and the stainless. It offered them on bull and standard barrels. If the text of the ad did not point out a special feature I don't see anything particularly collectable about it. But then I'm no expert on Rugers. Could be an unusual barrel length for the additional features, but still.

The Mark IIs show up regularly on the used gun market and a good clean one can be had in the $300 to $400 dollar range easily.
