Are you sure the extractor cuts in the barrel are clean? If the recesses cut into the barrel have foreign matter in them, it could force the extractors up, and make the bolt hard to pull back.

The only way to really clean these, is to take the gun down, turn the receiver upside down, and after applying cleaner to both recesses, use a pick to dig out any dirt or foreign matter. A worst case, is removing the barrel to clean them.
