Highly unlikely you'll find any in leather in that price range for two reasons...
1)Twins are VERY RARE because hardly anyone uses them... 2) The chances of finding an old beat-up used leather set that someone is selling that cheap NOW is very slim.

Maybe look on big market boards such as gunbroker.com... amazon... e-bay... ?

Maybe check out costume and prop houses... The people who rent to stage and movie productions... depends on how much research/googling you want to do...
