No sore cheek this weekend

Got back to the range with less extreme settings on my Maxus today, and at least I didn't come home hurting. Shoulder and cheek are OK.

Didn't hit enough clays to feel good, but I did better than my normal. (And not as well as last weekend with the "maxed" cast and drop.)

After shooting the stock was intact, and measured as follows: cast on is 3/16, pitch is 5 degrees, drop at comb is 1 5/8 and at heel only 2 inches. I've temporarily mislaid the dimensions from my gun fitter, but the drop doesn't seem right to me. I'd expect more drop at the heel, and more difference between the comb and heel.

Anyone know? Thanks.
