Thumb print is required in florida for all PAWN shop deals where the pawn broker is the BUYER of ANY THING!!!
The Gun Dealer may have a pawn broker license for the purpose of taking in guns. If he offers a pawn service for guns, he would be required to get a rt. thumb print to take in a gun.
