Saw the advertisement for it this morning on the news (assuming we're talking about the same thing) and I'd be extremely shocked if it wasn't overtly anti-gun. Seemed like the whole point of the program (from the little bit they showed) was to make it out that average Joe-citizen shouldn't/couldn't be trusted with a gun, because we're not "highly trained" like the LEO community.
