I wouldnt touch a Walther ppk/s with a 10 foot pole no matter where it was made, i owned 2 of them and they both had jamming issues, very pretty to look at, but worthless as i firearm(my opinion).

You may want to look at the Sig p232, i owned of them before and it had no such issues.
