Vicki, if you sell it to a gun shop, be aware that you will. only receive about 50 to 60 percent of the value. The gun shop has to pay rent, pay it's employees, pay the insurance, feed momma and the kiddies and so forth, that gun might set in a display case for a year with out moving. Your best bet is through a private sale. In the rough shape your firearm is in, the value would be under a hundred dollars ( being old, does not automatically mean gold
), it would probably be more value as a heirloom than any monetary value. JMHO
