Holy cow it's the mother lode! If you do any shooting at all, I'd keep quite a bit of that and take up reloading if you can do so legally. Not saying keep everything, but just the basics like the press, tumbler dies etc. If he willed the stuff to you, it would honor him to at least keep and use it.

My friend's mother passed a couple years ago. She kept an old j-frame under her bed for protection. It was her husbands BUG, being the Police Chief of that town for a number of years. It took a lot of arguing and paperwork (coming from NJ) but it sits in my safe now and I wouldn't even consider selling it.
