It would be interesting to know the differences, other than finish, between the two Ruger 1911's. What factors increases the several hundred dollars cost between the two other than the hundred dollar donation to a charitable organization.
I also agree with my preference in blued/black finish with a 1911; although I do like stainless or nickel finish of some handguns other than the 1911.
