I looked at the Mossberg - as it was cheaper. Who knows what is true, but the guy at the counter claims that he has heard of several complaints. He claims he personally knew a father, son and grandfather all buy one (3 total). Apparently, each of the three slowly had feed issues one after the other. I decided to just get the S&W after hearing that
