May I suggest that there be some penalty for non-compliance in whatever bill is passed.

As in: License SHALL BE issued within 30 days or less... (if WA can do that so can you)... alomg with a fine for the governmental entity that does not allocate enough resources to accomplish this.

as also in: a hefty fine for Any local government that fails to remove an anti-gun restriction that is not in accord with pre-emption....FL does this...Looks good to me.

also, get rid of the FOID.
