Basically all you need is:

A good quality cleaning rod. I like Tipton ($25-35) the best but Dewey are very good as well.
A good jag the right size.
A good bronze brush.
A bore guide to protect the barrel. I prefer Lucas, just Google Lucas Bore Guide.
A good bore cleaner. I like MPro7 Bore Gel because it doesn't stink, but Hoppes will do.
A good CLP to lube your weapon and protect it from rust. I like Break Free CLP.
A bag of patches.
