Constructive advice...

You've recieved allot of sound advice Fatts.

Is there a "BEST"?

It all comes down to what you and the gun in question likes. Some guns don't like certain bullets and have trouble cycling them reliably. Other guns are less accurate due to certain bullet weights and/or construction, and of course barrel twist rates are also involved. The absolute craziest expanding, tissue shreading, deepest penetrating bullet design ever devised won't be worth a damn if it doesn't hit what you aim at.
There are a lot of gimmicks being incooperated into Hollow Point Handgun rounds now and while some may look more impressive than others, in the end most of the top line ammunition all work pretty much the same.

I suggest buying a good selection of different designs and weight rounds for you gun and putting some trigger time in with them to find out what your gun likes.
