Which, of all the cheap scope brand is better (Tasco, Bushnell etc.).
I'm looking at approx. 3-9x 40mm regular (nonilluminated) reticle.

Or which is bad/the worst?

Purpose: mounting on a 223Rem (like Mini-14) or bolt action .308.
