You should give Ar2206H (hodgdons H4895) a try. I have used it to great succes in my 22-250 and seen int go good in a 223 and 308 as well. It is temperature insensitive and cleans out easily. It is an extruded powder (granules not ball or spherical) but does meter effectively out of my powder thrower.
