I'll go with my tried and true, Vortex Strikefire, and VMX3 magnifier with swing-out mount. With the SOCOM II I belive you already have a rail all the way forward. So you can mount the Strikefire a slot or two ahead of where I can, which will let you fit the VMX3 behind it, and co-witness with your sights.
