They get a couple every couple days and go fast. Have your CC and FFL ready and don't hesitate. This is probably the best deal you will find.
The Saiga is the importable version of the AK, made by the same factory. It's good stuff.
You can "convert" it back to standard pistol grip and stuff. Pretty simple to do. If you do decide/are able to get one and have any questions just ask, PM me if you want.
