It's a budget AR-15. No more, no less. For those without much money but wanting an AR, it isn't bad. It isn't the equal of more expensive rifles, but it beats no rifle.
IMO, the S&W M&P Sport is probably a better choice, but I don't know how the price compares to the Sportical.
