Good day. The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has in effect the most strict gun law of any state and or it's territories. Several aspects of the gun law are being questioned after the federal cases of Heller and it's pro genesis. A new law project (PS2466) has recently been presented in the Commonwealth's Senate which is creating an uproar and quickly creating trenches in the political arena within all political parties. Uphill battle since strict gun laws and regulations have been a historical reality for over 200 years. Reminds me of the elephants that once trained with chains, they don't realize they have no restrains.
