Please be kind, I'm out of my niche. A friend has an opportunity to buy a Winchester Trench gun. He wonedrs if it's legal in Wisconsin and what kind of money it is worth? That's all I have. Can anyone give me a hand with these questions? Feel free to paint with a large brush concerning value...he wouldn't know how to grade it either.
