If you're happy with the velocity of the load, try varying the seating depth and see if this tightens your groups.

I've experimented just enough with the mag primers to find that it makes no difference in my particular loads, but YMMV as each rifle is different. If you're set on trying the mag primer I'd start fresh over at the low end of the book and work up carefully.
