I've dealt with Mr. Wipf -- and he is polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Happily, he's can communicate in English,too.
You can get some parts from Sphinx, but Swiss law won't let them send certain parts to the U.S. (The part you're missing shouldn't be restricted; magazines will be a problem. Been there, done that.)
