Some people put a lot of stock in "unregistered" (
) weapons. I.E. one's that
they bought used without a background check and are selling under the same parameters.
4473 is not registration, it's a background check.
I have weapons that I purchased and filled out paperwork for. I have a few that I did not.
I don't value them any differently.
