Man, you're living in the land of plenty. Hit any of the state land and have at it. I lived out in the east valley around Sullivan road. I'd get home around 5:30 pm and by 6:30 I'd have changed clothes, grabbed rifle, dog and son and be knocking the devil out of cans, pine cones, paper and anything else that was good to shoot. Of course that was a few years ago but I could still find many places to shoot that isn't private today.
