If nothing else & a bit of a twist, don't most (all) states have some sort of law against harrassing wildlife? & what would be the legal ramifications of a mere private citizen doing "catch 'n release" of any large mammal? Most likely VERY illegal? I'd betcha.
Isn't Jeep, by de facto silliness, advocating of "doing your own thing" & violating several laws?
Think of the very real possibility of the trauma caused to any deer live-trapped, strapped to a bumper/hood, driven "all over" & then released in the presence of so many (+ cameramen!) - not to mention the bearded ad-guy & attendant animal-lovers-babes!
