I bought mine from http://www.factorysales.com and I'd recommend the anniversary kit to any beginning handloader. I've since moved up to a Dillon 550, but I find myself using the single stage quite often. The accessories are also nice to have around (hand primer, scale, powder measure, RELOADING HANDBOOK!,etc.). We knock Lee quite a bit, but Lee has probably started more people reloading than all the others combined. It's fair quality eqipment at a price that just about anybody can afford to spend.
