As long as the articles pertaining to law enforcement are in the context of their survival and the survival and protection of the average citizen and NOT oriented toward "offensive" tactics, then some mix of the terms "Tactics", "Defense" and "Weaponcraft" could combine in an appropriate descriptive title.
