Using stripper clips to load magazines just never really caught on. I haven't seen one in quite some time. I believe the last time I saw a "modern" one was with the Grendel. I believe the model was the P10 or something like that. It used M16 stripper clips.

I would suggest that you just buy enough magazines and have them pre loaded. An extended fight with pistols is not a very good idea. It's far better to use them to fight your way so that you can get some serious weaponry.

There are some aftermarket mag loaders out there, but they are designed more for loading mags on the range and not for tactical use.

Now a kind of a "stripper" clip for revolvers is a good idea, such as Bianchi's speed strip. It makes carrying a reload much more comfortable and easier than carrying a conventional speedloader.

Ohh..forgot to add..I believe the Grendel had an internal non removable magazine if I'm not mistaken.
