Spherical or ball powders do measure better than flake powders do. This opens up plenty of powders you could use to load 9 mm with. I like AA5 with 124 grain FMJ bullets. AA7 does work and measures well. It just is not my preferred powder. AA2, W231/HP38, WSF, True Blue, Power Pistol and a bunch of others will work well. The weight and type of bullet along with the speed you are trying to achieve will determine which powder work the best.
