I opened a thread on this not all too long ago and it died on the vine.

That happens every time I ramble on and on and on and say every single thing that comes to mind, I guess.

It's here and I think my conclusions MIGHT be something you can consider.
Not that my conclusions are fact or law, it's just what I came up with. Nobody else came up with anything.
