First, you need a couple of Reloading books. I suggest the ABC's of reloading and the Lyman's 48th Edition Reloading manual.

Those are my personal favorites.

Secondly, you need a dedicated area to work in, it doesn't have to be a large area, but clutter is a recipe for mistakes.
Next, I'd say you'll need a press (whatever you can afford) and a set of dies.

After that, a scale is nice, but not absolutely neccessary. The Lee dippers will work, search this forum, we just had a lengthy discussion about those.

A tumbler of some sort makes it nice, but again, you can do without it.

Lastly, you'll need your components for reloading, brass, primers, powder, bullets.

A mentor is nice to show you the ropes, but again, it's not rocket science, if you can follow directions, read and comprehend what you have read in the manuals, and work undistracted, you can do this.

I'm sure I missed something, but my friends here will chime in and inform you.

Good luck, and welcome to the wonderful, addictive world of reloading!
