No offense, but anytime I've seen one of those on someone, they scream "I AM CARRYING! PLUS LIGHTS AND TACTICAL THINGS AND MANY EXTRA MAGS!" more than any other accoutrement I've ever seen.

For Iraq? Maybe. For the mall? Uh... welllll...no. Little "ninja"-esque, IMO.
