Both are good guns. Personally, I own a TRP and from experience, I don't know that the Baer is really any "better" than the Springfield.

In truth, you can't go wrong with either but if you buy the Baer, check it really well before dropping your cash. It's not unheard of, but it seems odd he has never fired it.
