If you are just starting out I would recommend using WST, Winchster Wads, and Winchester primers. The reason I sugest this is that you can download the Winchester Load info and get comfortable with reloading good ammunition. Then swap components using Lyman's book and develop your pet load. By the way, for targets I use Clays Powder.
