Leupold LR VX-3 6.5-20X50 side focus question

Greetings friends,

I just purchased a "new to me" Remington BLD 700 in .338 RUM. It came with the Leupold LR VX-3 6.5-20X50 side focus scope. It is beautifully clear and seems to work quite well in low light. It has the "fine duplex" reticle and according to the Leupold Ballistics Aiming System guide you should sight the 338 RUM in at 200 yards and use the two dots, below the crosshair, for 300 and 500 yards, respectively. I looked at the specific reticle for that scope, on Leupold Stevens website, and it said there were precise aim points for 300,400 and 500 yards. For the life of me, I do not see any aim points other than the crosshair. The picture of the reticle also shows none. So, where exactly are these "precise aim points?" This is my first Leupold scope so I am not very familiar with it yet. Thanks for your input.
