The Glock 30 is a subcompact, not a compact.
Although the 30 and 29 are listed as subcompacts, they are more like a 19 in size. They are not as small as the 26/27.

Here are the dimensions:
glock 29 or 30
length:172 mm
height: 113 (including magazine)-4.45 inches

Glock 19 or 23
length: 174 mm
height: 127 mm-5 inches

1/2 inch less in height and 2 mm shorter

By comparison, the subcompact small frames are:
length: 160 mm
height: 106 or 4.17 inch

quite a difference.

So the .45 subcompact is really a compact, and no you will not see a real subcompact in .45, and if you mean as in a smaller thin frame, then the 36 is your answer as it is like the 30 and 29.

length: 172 mm
height: 121 mm or 4.76"
as compared to the glock 19 of 5 inches
That is 2mm shorter and 1/4 inch less in height than a 19....pretty darn close.
