I dress accordingly and move accordingly. Perhaps I may but living in a very low tolerance area regarding CCW I make extra certain to not even risk a flash.
My opinion is the vast majority of flashes are not accidents any more than having a single car accident in the rain is an accident. It is simply the result of poor planning and execution, fully preventable nothing accidental about it.
