The Senate is not a shoo-in, and the House is likely to kill anything of any significance.
The thing to do is look up the Bill numbers and follow them via Thomas Locator or some equivalent. Which sub-committee of which committee, etc. Hearings and all that.
Don't waste time and psychic energy speculating on the meaning of the latest rumor, whatever that might be.
