Yep. .375 should work in the Uberti; they are too small for Pietta .36's, however.

But why chance it? .380 will also work in the Uberti, and you'll get a larger ring shaved, thus a better seal. The down side is they'll be harder to load, so you'll need to be sure your lead is dead soft.

That's the decision - if you're sure you have pure lead, go with the .380. If not, the .375 should work just fine.
