The problem is that many are still in rebellion against
Heller. I think we'll need a decision from SCOTUS on whether or not the 2A applies past one's doorstep before we can hope to make any headway.
As happy as I was with the 7th Circuit's decision in
Moore, it's really an outlier in the current climate.
