Another terrible example of 'bath salts' . This is close to home , only 25 miles ,a small town in NE PA. One wonders if stun guns were the appropriate response .But another example of 'it can happen anywhere' and reason for being armed .
BTW, Daily Mail reports many happenings in the USA.
