On the Gulf Coast, Academy Sports seems to have the best prices, they had a sale on Brass Blazer 50 round boxes at $17.99, bought 6 of them.

Cheapest .45 ACP bulk seems to be $90 for 250 rounds UCM at the moment, no idea how good that is.
Bass Pro stocks lots of ammo but always seems to be way overpriced versus anybody else.
