Your M10 could be called a short barrel, and the Short barrel GDHP 135g +p would be a very good choice.

I load them in my Ruger SP101, that the barrel is just a little shorter than your gun, they work just fine. I shoot them in my 5" barrel revolvers too.

If you lived in Vegas, I could set you up with a box.
