I also have a 29-2, 6 1/2 inch, SN-N437xxx. Picked it up at a gun show many years ago. Love, Love, Love it. You will enjoy every round you put through it. I reload and keep it near starting loads with 240g cast. Still no problem busting clay birds at 100 yds. Don't know exactly what year it was made, just know it's pre-79. Been told I should put it away, but can't help it. Besides, my boys are going to have to arm wrestle for it when I'm gone. It will never be for sale at any price.
