I recently bought a S&W M&P 15, an AR15 style weapon.
Instead of being drilled and tapped on the rear of the trigger guard (for attaching a Single Point 'Miltary Style' Sling Mount there is only a slightly depressed 'dimple'. Is this a plug, is a M&P15 single point sling ready?
If not, is it workable 2 drill and tap the dimple? Thanks if anyone can advise me here!
