OP, I have your
Savage 10 FCP, without the brake, in a factory HS-Precision stock. I topped it off with a Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50 FFP. It's a shooter, no doubt about it. I've been very satisfied with it and if you get yours, I can't imagine you not enjoying it too.
