The question is sort of like, "How long is a string?" It just depends. Most manufacturers models vary from gun to gun. Ruger is no different. In my experince, the SRH has a better SA trigger right out of the box. I've never seen a NM Ruger SA that had a great trigger right out of the box. In my experience, they ALWAYS have some creep; often quite a bit of creep. And I've own and shot more than my share. The SBH/BH triggers can be made spectacular and light if you prefer. But on average the SRH is going to win head to head right out of the box.
